Satisfaction Rating of Guard Companies

In an independent survey published in the “Security Director’s Report,” companies were asked to rate their satisfaction of their current security guard provider.  Listed below are the results of that survey.

35% of all current users of security guard providers rate their guard service to be below average.

49% of all users have had their current guard providers for 3 years or less.  Most companies’ re-bid guard contracts at least once every three years.
