Whether making a new hire or considering internal candidates for promotion, Hamilton Consulting Services, Inc. knows how difficult selecting the right person for a given position can be. Our Senior Consultant is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) with the education, training and background experience to guide clients through this process.
We meet with the client, develop a full understanding of the position available, the duties and responsibilities. Using the job description, a personality profile is developed for that position using that information. Our goal is to find the best candidate who possesses the personality traits, work ethic and people skills to fill the position available.
Our approach is to combine a comprehensive personality profile questionnaire with a face-to-face on-site personal interview. We use the results of the personality profile questionnaire as the basis for our interview with the candidate(s). We then prepare written reports for the client and the candidate as well as providing the client with our hiring recommendations and comments. This approach not only identifies the right candidate(s), but it also provides company management with useful tools in successfully managing the selected candidate.
